Bhugarbha Cement Ltd. was registered in the Office of the Company Registrar under the Companies Act 2063 in the year 2073 with registration number 159278/073/074, and in the Department of Industry with registration number 3725. The central office is located in Naxal, Ward 1, Kathmandu Metropolitan City. The primary objective of the company is to contribute to the country’s development by producing high-quality cement (OPC and PPC) and VSK clinker at minimal cost for the benefit of consumers. Under the slogan “गर्भै देखी बलियो” we have been marketing and distributing cement under the brand names Bhugarbha, Apollo, Crystal, and Deurali.

Our company operates two key limestone mines in Nepal, strategically located in the Arghakhanchi and Dang districts, ensuring a steady supply of raw materials for our cement production. The Arghakhanchi Mine, covering 8 square kilometers in the Narpani and Khachikot areas, boasts an annual extraction capacity of 960,000 metric tons, with a daily output of 3,200 metric tons. It has significant geological reserves of 17.9 million metric tons, of which 16.1 million tons are mineable, and is situated 75 kilometers from our factory.

The Dang Mine, located in Bagmare, spans 5.98 square kilometers and has an annual capacity of 324,000 metric tons, with a daily extraction rate of 1,200 metric tons. This mine is 114 kilometers from our factory. Combined, these mines provide an annual extraction capacity of 1.284 million metric tons, ensuring a robust and reliable supply chain for our cement operations. Their strategic locations enhance our logistics and production efficiency, helping us maintain a competitive edge in the industry. In addition to supporting our own manufacturing needs, we also supply quality limestone to other cement industries, further establishing our role as a key supplier in the regional market.

The industry operates on approximately 11 bighas of land in Shivraj-6, Kapilvastu district. The factory has two grinding units that produce 650 metric tons of cement daily and VSK technology with a daily production capacity of 300 metric tons of clinker. The industry’s products are highly favored in Nepal’s western and far western regions, which are also the main market areas geographically.
